Under-18s Silver Membership

Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern the PW Therapy Maintenance Membership (hereinafter referred to as “membership”). It is important to read and understand these terms before proceeding with the membership.

Eligibility

This membership is available only for patients who have completed their initial consultation with PW Therapy and are under the age of 18 years old. A parent or guardian must set up the membership for patients under 18, and they will be held responsible and liable for the membership.

Membership Service

The membership provides two 30-minute treatments every month, which can be in person or virtually via video or phone call.

Payment & Duration

Membership is for a minimum period of 3 months, and payment will be deducted automatically on the same day each month. After the initial 3 months, the membership will continue on a monthly basis until cancelled by the parent or guardian.

Cancellation Policy

In the event, that a parent or guardian chooses to discontinue the membership before the third instalment, the access to services will persist until the completion of the third payment, following which it will automatically terminate. Beyond the compulsory three-month period, memberships can be discontinued at any time, given it is processed prior to the monthly payment. Any termination enacted on, or post-payment day will take effect immediately, but the member will retain the benefits for the paid month. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure all sessions are booked, as no refunds can be issued. In case of any absence, it is mandatory to book sessions in advance or after the leave.

Pricing

If the membership fee changes, existing members with an active subscription will not be affected. However, if the membership is cancelled and restarted, the new fee structure will apply.

Goodwill Benefits

All added extras are a gesture of goodwill from PW Therapy, which can be changed or removed at any point.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Amendments

PW Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By proceeding with the membership, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the membership.

Non-Transferability of Membership

The benefits and treatments included in the PW Therapy Maintenance Membership are solely for the use of the individual for whom the parent or guardian set up the membership. The membership, including its benefits and treatments, is non-transferable. This means that no other person, including family members or friends, may use the treatments or benefits associated with the membership. Any misuse of the membership may result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.

Membership Abuse

PW Therapy reserves the right to terminate membership if any abuse or misuse of the membership privileges is detected. This includes using the membership for anyone other than the registered member and any attempt to transfer the membership.

By proceeding with the membership, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that they will abide by these terms and conditions. If the parent or guardian does not agree to these terms, they should not proceed with the membership.
