Maintenance Membership

1. Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern the PW Therapy Maintenance Membership (hereinafter referred to as “membership”). It is important to read and understand these terms before proceeding with the membership.

2. Eligibility

This membership is available only for patients who have completed their initial consultation with PW Therapy.

3. Membership Service

The membership provides one 60-minute treatment every 3 months, which can be in person or virtually via video or phone call.

4. Payment & Duration

Membership is for a minimum period of 6 months, and payment will be deducted automatically on the same day each month. After the initial 6 months, the membership will continue on a monthly basis until cancelled by the member.

5. Cancellation Policy

If the member decides to cancel prior to the seventh payment, the membership will cease immediately. However, if the cancellation is made after the seventh payment, the membership will end automatically once the ninth payment has been collected.

6. No Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure all sessions are booked, as no refunds can be issued. In case of any absence, it is mandatory to book sessions in advance or after the leave.

7. Pricing

If the membership fee changes, existing members with an active subscription will not be affected. However, if the membership is cancelled and restarted, the new fee structure will apply.

8. Goodwill Benefits

All added extras are a gesture of goodwill from PW Therapy, which can be changed or removed at any point.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Amendments

PW Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By proceeding with the membership, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the membership.

11. Non-Transferability of Membership

The benefits and treatments included in the PW Therapy Maintenance Membership are solely for the use of the individual who set up the membership. The membership, including its benefits and treatments, is non-transferable. This means that no other person, including family members or friends, may use the treatments or benefits associated with the membership. Any misuse of the membership may result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.

12. Membership Abuse

PW Therapy reserves the right to terminate membership if any abuse or misuse of the membership privileges is detected. This includes using the membership for anyone other than the registered member and any attempt to transfer the membership.

By proceeding with the membership, you acknowledge and agree that you will abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the membership.
